H. Frank Neely L.Ac. is the founder and Acupuncturist at Urban Tao Acupuncture and Herbology, located in the heart of DuPont Circle. Mr.. Neely has served Washington DC for more than 16 years, has over three decades of experience and has administered over 65,000 treatments.
H. Frank Neely is NCAA certified in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbology. He has a Master of Science Degree in Oriental Medicine and has received certification in Acupuncture Detoxification from Lincoln Hospital, Bronx, N.Y. Mr. Neely has trained and studied extensively in China during 1998, 2005, 2007 and Tibet 1998, including studying at Beijing TCM University. H. Frank Neely has studied Martial Arts since childhood and currently teaches several styles of Kung Fu, Tai Chi and Classical Chinese Weapons. Meditation and Qi Gong classes are also taught by Frank to private students and groups.
H. Frank Neely is a visiting professor of Chinese Herbalism at the Maryland University of Integrative health and an instructor at the John Stockman Cancer Institute.
